A well-established AV-rated Defense firm with regional offices is seeking to expand their Litigation team in San Diego with a 3-5 years' Associate Attorney interested in building their litigation practice and going to trial. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work, in a daily in-office role with flexibility. The offices located north of Balboa Park have full staff support, with a very collegial work culture, offering training and mentoring from SuperLawyers that are the best in this field. This firm goes the extra mile to make their people feel appreciated and pride themselves on an amazing work culture. Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect, Homeowners.
Duties and responsibilities:
For the determined and motivated associate excited to expand a growing practice area, offering a base salary compensation range, DOE $130K - $150K. (Higher salary ranges for senior and seasoned attorneys, DOE, $150K-$225K.) Additional details on benefits, 401K and unlimited PTO available. First interview via zoom; second in-person.
