Luxury Custom Home Project Manager
We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in luxury custom home construction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing high-end, one-of-a-kind projects with precision and professionalism.
Requirements:

• 5+ years of custom home construction experience OR a Construction Management degree with 3+ years hands-on experience
• Proven ability to manage 2–4 custom homes at a time.
• Proficiency with BuilderTrend (required); Procore, CoConstruct, and Google Suite a plus
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Prior business ownership experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver fully custom, one-off luxury homes from planning to completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, trade partners, and quality standards
• Maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction
