Insurance Defense Senior Attorney in San Antonio

Job Description

Our client is a boutique firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to handle their complex personal injury cases. They specialize in catastrophic and complex personal injury, product liability, commercial, transportation, and employment cases throughout Texas and New Mexico. You will manage approximately 30-40 cases and have significant autonomy over your caseload.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of insurance defense personal injury
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Self-motivated and able to handle a growing caseload with minimal supervision
• Licensed to practice in Texas

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a diverse docket of premises liability/trucking/personal injury cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate closely with clients and fellow attorneys to craft effective strategies
• Provide practical, timely legal advice tailored to client goals
