Position: Insurance Defense Attorney – Arizona

Location: Arizona
Position Type: Full-Time | Hybrid or In-Office (based on location and experience)
Salary Range: DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Defend clients in civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability
• Handle all aspects of litigation: discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Provide clear and strategic legal counsel to insurance carriers and corporate clients
• Collaborate with firm partners and fellow attorneys on complex, high-exposure cases

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–8+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong background in insurance defense
• Must be licensed to practice in Arizona and in good standing
• Prior experience with auto, premises liability, construction defect, or general liability cases is highly preferred
• Ability to handle cases independently from start to finish
• Excellent writing, communication, and client relationship skills
