Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering exceptional service and support.
Assess client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare accurate quotes.
Assist clients throughout the claims process to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and client engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
Valid Property & Casualty state insurance license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience using insurance software and CRM systems.
Willingness to pursue professional designations such as CISR or CIC.
