Job Description

Position: Commercial Lines Manager

A respected and growing insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Manager to lead a dedicated team and oversee a portfolio of high-value clients. This is a key leadership role focused on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a select book of Commercial Lines clients

  • Oversee daily departmental operations and support agency goals

  • Identify growth opportunities and improve internal workflows

  • Foster strong relationships with carriers and clients

  • Mentor and train team members

  • Utilize Applied Epic to ensure efficient operations

  • Track performance metrics and contribute to hiring and evaluations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance

  • Active Minnesota P&C license

  • Experience with Applied Epic (preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance platforms
