Position: Commercial Lines Manager
A respected and growing insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Manager to lead a dedicated team and oversee a portfolio of high-value clients. This is a key leadership role focused on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a select book of Commercial Lines clients
Oversee daily departmental operations and support agency goals
Identify growth opportunities and improve internal workflows
Foster strong relationships with carriers and clients
Mentor and train team members
Utilize Applied Epic to ensure efficient operations
Track performance metrics and contribute to hiring and evaluations
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
Active Minnesota P&C license
Experience with Applied Epic (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance platforms
