Project Manager / Estimator – WWTP Construction (Confidential – Midwest or Remote)
📍 Midwest (Remote Option Available) 💼 Travel for training and periodic site visits required
A reputable Heavy Civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with WWTP project experience to manage and estimate projects ranging from $5M–$50M.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Lead both project management and estimating functions
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
Prepare cost estimates, bids, and proposals for upcoming work
🔹 Requirements:
WWTP experience with a General Contractor
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
💰 Compensation: $100K–$180K (commensurate with experience) 🌎 Remote flexibility available after initial training at company HQ
