Project Manager – Heavy Civil / WWTP Projects (Confidential)
📍 Locations: North Carolina | Virginia | Georgia 💼 Regional travel required
A highly respected Heavy Civil General Contractor is seeking experienced Project Managers with strong WWTP project experience to lead multi-million-dollar treatment plant builds.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of project execution – budgeting, scheduling, and coordination
Manage subcontractors, client relations, and reporting
Partner closely with field superintendents to ensure project success
🔹 Requirements:
Hands-on WWTP experience with a self-performing General Contractor (not owner’s rep or engineering side)
Strong financial and leadership acumen
Regional travel flexibility
💰 Compensation: $110K–$140K+ (negotiable for strong experience)
