About the Role

A busy, reputable law firm in Middle Tennessee is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with strong litigation experience to join its growing team. This is an on-site position handling a robust caseload of 70+ active personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, courtroom-ready, and experienced in managing cases from intake through resolution. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused, contingency-based environment—no billable hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation

  • Draft, file, and argue motions

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Attend mediations, hearings, and trials

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and progress

  • Collaborate with support staff and partners to ensure timely, effective case handling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation

  • Admitted to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing

  • Workers’ compensation experience is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage a high caseload independently

Compensation & Bonus Structure
