About Us:

We are a privately held, vertically integrated manufacturer offering machining, fabrication, welding, and  powder coating services under one roof. In operation for over 30 years, we’ve grown to a 60+ person team known for precision, efficiency, and long-term relationships with both employees and customers.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Production Manager to help oversee daily production, manage key customer accounts, and support succession planning as a senior production leader transitions toward retirement. This is a hands-on leadership role with visibility across machining, fabrication, and finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
  • Assist operations manager with scheduling, production oversight, and floor management.
  • Coordinate quoting and cost estimates using Paperless Parts (materials, outside services, baseline costs).
  • Track and allocate production time to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Serve as the link between customer service and production teams.
  • Work closely with senior production leadership to prepare for long-term succession.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally with both shop-floor and customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with quoting, scheduling, and ERP systems; Paperless Parts experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and production priorities simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000–$80,000 annually, overtime eligible.
  • Typically 45–50 hours per week.
