Job Title: Project Manager – Structural Steel
Location: Remote with Travel

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication and erection projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in the structural steel industry, with a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of structural steel and misc. metals projects from preconstruction through completion.

  • Coordinate fabrication, detailing, and erection activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain control of project budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and change orders.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, architects, and field teams.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

  • Support and collaborate with field and shop teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing structural steel or misc. metals fabrication and erection projects.

  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, detailing, and erection methods.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (not required).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ($90K–$140K+, depending on experience).
