A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with at least 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This opportunity offers hands-on case experience, client interaction, and meaningful advocacy on behalf of injured individuals, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

2+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases
Strong litigation skills, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high-quality client service
Member of the Bar in good standing
What You’ll Do
Manage a caseload from intake through settlement or trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
Conduct depositions and represent clients in mediations and court hearings
Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice to clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the best client outcomes
