A family-owned and operated wholesale nursery is looking for an Experienced Production Manager to join their team. Qualified candidates must have a background in greenhouse growing with a focus on bedding plants and flowers. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
What They’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of greenhouse growing experience
✔Experience with both perennial and annual bedding plants and flowers
✔Full knowledge of fertilizers, chemicals, feed, and water scheduling
✔Detailed oriented and comfortable working alongsie the company owners
✔Able to maintain professional relationships with clients and adhere to the company's code of ethics
