As a Project Manager, you will lead commercial construction projects from start to finish, collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery. This role requires passion, accountability, and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor project teams through all phases of construction
Oversee preconstruction coordination, subcontractor management, and project scheduling
Manage budgets, RFIs, change orders, and client communication
Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience managing commercial or light industrial projects
Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills
Broad knowledge of construction methods and building systems
