Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Handle all aspects of litigation from discovery and motion practice to mediation and trial.
• Provide sound legal advice and compassionate support to clients during sensitive situations.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure high-quality client service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of family law experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong courtroom and negotiation experience.
• Client-focused, organized, and team-oriented approach.
