About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor with strong leadership and technical skills to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys a mix of management responsibilities and hands-on technical work. You’ll have the chance to lead survey projects, manage field crews, and collaborate on a range of civil and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee survey projects from planning through completion

  • Manage and mentor project and field crews to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency

  • Prepare and review survey drawings, maps, and legal descriptions

  • Perform calculations, coordinate field data collection, and interpret survey results

  • Collaborate with engineering teams and clients on project deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with PennDOT standards and other applicable regulations

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required

  • Management experience leading survey projects and/or crews

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and drafting best practices

  • Experience with PennDOT, oil & gas, and civil survey projects strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
