Registered Nurse (RN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Type: Full-Time, On-Site Compensation: $72,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience, shift, and community size) + benefits

About the Opportunity

We are representing a respected assisted-living and memory-care provider seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its clinical team. This role blends hands-on resident care with leadership and collaboration, supporting the Wellness Director and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident assessments, treatments, and nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications and monitor for side effects or changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain resident wellness.
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs, QMAs, and Resident Assistants (RAs).
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Support training, infection control, and quality-assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio RN license in good standing.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • 2+ years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
