Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts and expand client relationships across target sectors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction business development or sales leadership
Proven success driving new work for a GC or Construction Manager
Strong market knowledge and established industry relationships
