We are currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our client's team.
Position responsibilities:- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project requirements are met- Coordinate and schedule project activities, including material deliveries and installations- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion- Maintain project documentation and update project status reports- Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking
Position essential job functions:- 2-5 years of experience in commercial flooring- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in project management software- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
This Project Coordinator role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, full benefits, and an end-of-year bonus.
My client is a locally and family owned company with multiple projects within NYC. Must have commercial flooring project experience and knowledge of the nuances of managing construction projects within the city.
