About Us: We are a thriving and well-established dermatology practice serving the Northeast side of Texas. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in general and surgical dermatology. With a strong referral base and a growing patient population, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced NP or PA to join us.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 2 years of dermatology experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-volume setting, confident in managing a wide range of general and surgical dermatologic conditions, and eager to grow professionally within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat general dermatologic conditions
  • Perform minor surgical procedures including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare, and prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and other clinical staff

Qualifications:

  • Current NP or PA licensure in the state of Texas
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical dermatology experience required
  • Proficient in diagnosing and treating a broad range of skin conditions
  • Strong surgical dermatology skills preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume patient load efficiently and independently
