What You’ll Do

  • Lead all phases of electrical scope on large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Partner with field operations, engineering, and client teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery

  • Manage subcontractor performance, budgets, schedules, and change orders

  • Oversee design coordination and procurement of major electrical systems and components

  • Travel to project sites across the Midwest region (project durations vary)

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing electrical or MEP scopes on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

  • Proven background in data center, high-tech, or mission-critical environments

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, design-build processes, and field coordination

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
