We’re representing a Top ENR General Contractor actively hiring a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to oversee large-scale, high-performance projects across the Midwest.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all on-site electrical field operations for major data center projects from ground-up through commissioning

  • Coordinate daily site activities, safety meetings, and subcontractor management

  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality control, and installation standards

  • Partner closely with Project Managers, engineers, and owners to drive communication and execution

  • Manage manpower planning, materials, and logistics for fast-paced, technically complex builds

  • Travel regionally (Midwest-based projects) with long-term stability and consistent workload

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent (data center, mission-critical, or industrial experience highly preferred)

  • Deep understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards

  • Proven ability to lead large crews and subcontractor teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Willingness to travel for project durations across the Midwest and Eastern U.S.
