Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven, experienced Spa Manager to lead our Upper Arlington and Easton locations. This full-time, in-person leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has a passion for team development, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Spa Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, implement growth strategies, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to elevate the med spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Aesthetic Injectors, Aestheticians, and Guest Experience Specialists to provide excellent, safe, and effective medical procedures
- Develop and mentor team members to support job satisfaction, teamwork, and sales growth
- Foster a high-performing, results-driven work environment focused on client experience, retention, and optimizing skincare results
- Manage spa scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to optimize client demand and seamless interactions
- Cultivate a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and membership growth
- Execute marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, outreach events) to increase brand visibility and drive first-time guests
- Coordinate with senior leadership and peers on promotional strategies and engagement plans
- Collaborate with the Call Center to ensure efficient scheduling of first-time guests and drive lead conversion
- Optimize vendor relationships for training, events, and promotional opportunities
- Analyze spa performance metrics and optimize the budget for maximum profitability
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of experience in spa, salon, med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinic management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record in driving team performance, building collaborative cultures, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs
- Experience in executing local marketing and outreach strategies
- A passion for aesthetics, wellness, and providing a premium guest experience
