Quality Control Manager – Government Contractor | Salt Lake City, UT
Are you a detail-oriented construction professional with a passion for quality and compliance? I’m partnering with a reputable government contractor that’s looking to add an experienced Quality Control Manager to their team in Salt Lake City.
This company has a strong track record of delivering complex, federally funded projects and is known for maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and integrity.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and implement the project’s Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with federal and contract specifications.
Conduct inspections, manage submittals, and maintain daily quality documentation.
Collaborate closely with project management and field teams to resolve issues and maintain construction excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working under USACE, NAVFAC, or other federal QC standards (CQM certification a plus).
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and documentation practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
