Corporate Attorney- Remote in New York

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney who share our values and is willing to devote their experience and abilities to helping our clients find resolution and certainty, to approach each case with compassion but maintain the assertiveness and knowledge needed to achieve results for our clients. 

FULLY REMOTE POSITION

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years' experience in Corporate/Capital Markets/M&A and Securities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Federal admission required.

Benefits

• The annualized salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 (DOE)
• Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law
• This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package
