What you’ll get:
Monday - Friday, full-time | 8:00am - 5:00pm
$31.40 - $37.44 hourly wage with mileage reimbursement or company vehicle options

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services in patients’ homes with PT supervision
Participate in patient evaluations and care coordination
Document treatment details and measurable patient improvement
Counsel patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and care plans
Must Have + Certifications:
Active PT license in Minnesota
Preferred two years of experience
Valid driver’s license with auto insurance required
CPR/BLS certified
