What you’ll get:
Full-time Monday to Friday, 8-5 scheduling
Competitive pay $31.40-$37.44 per hour plus mileage reimbursement or company car

Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services at patients’ homes under PT supervision
Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary communication
Complete accurate treatment documentation meeting compliance standards
Instruct patients and families on therapy and self-care techniques
Must Have + Certifications:
Licensed PTA in Minnesota in good standing
Two years’ experience preferred
Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance
CPR/BLS certification required
