What you’ll get:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Hourly wage $31.40-$37.44 plus mileage reimbursement or company car
Paid holidays, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match
Up to $400 CEU reimbursement annually with paid CEU leave
Scrubs allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Administer physical therapy services at patient homes supervised by PT
Assist in patient assessments and interdisciplinary communication
Complete required electronic documentation daily
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and exercises
Must Have + Certifications:
Active Minnesota PTA license
Preferred 2 years experience
Valid driver’s license & insurance required
CPR/BLS certified
