Job Description

Seeking a skilled General Litigation Attorney with 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a wide range of litigation matters, from pre-trial through trial, and will be able to provide expert legal counsel to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation cases, including commercial disputes, employment issues, and personal injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Advise clients and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Active license to practice in Nebraska.
