A well-established design-build and construction management firm in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join their growing team. As a Project Engineer, you’ll gain exposure to all phases of construction — from estimating and scheduling to project coordination and execution — while being mentored by experienced leaders. This role offers a direct path to Project Manager, supported every step of the way.
Assist with project coordination, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and cost control
Support estimating, scheduling, and preconstruction planning
Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality execution
Gain exposure to budgeting, procurement, and on-site project management
Learn and grow under senior leadership with a clear track to advancement
Up to $80K base salary depending on experience
