  • Analyze forecast vs. actual demand, identify outliers, and adjust plans in collaboration with sales and logistics.

  • Track inventory health, address potential shortages or excess stock, and drive proactive solutions.

  • Lead supplier and co-packer communications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution from production through delivery.

  • Mentor and develop a small team of planners, encouraging accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Implement best practices in planning, forecasting, and data management to enhance supply reliability and efficiency.

  • Report key performance metrics — including service levels, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy — to senior leadership.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Join a collaborative team culture that values initiative, transparency, and results.

  • Work in a company experiencing strong, sustained growth — where your contributions directly impact success.

  • Opportunity to shape planning strategy, improve systems, and develop your leadership skills.
