Trust Account Administrator

Requirements:

• Knowledge of IRA, Custody, Wealth management, and Agency accounts
• Strong Excel and software use abilities
• Compliance knowledge and the ability to be succinct in details
• Delightful and professional demeanor that works well with the customers increasing their experience
• Creative ability to research and recommend products for unique asset situations
• Ability to work with the team in a respectful, encouraging, and professional manner
• Securities transfers skills
• Ability to write and explain reports for tax purposes
• Ability to prioritize, time-manage, but also be flexible in walk-in situations
• A self-starting individual on the task part of the career will be happiest in this position
