Position Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and managing contracts
- Understanding contract law and legal terminology
- Communicating legal concepts clearly
- Utilizing contract management systems
- Working independently and managing multiple tasks
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Associates in paralegal studies from a nationally accredited program required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
Position Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency with contract management systems
