Funeral Director – Portland, ME

Portland’s family-oriented funeral home is seeking a skilled Funeral Director to join a professional team dedicated to compassionate care.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE) Location: Portland, ME | Full-time

About the Role As a Funeral Director, you’ll oversee funeral arrangements, support families, and coordinate services from start to finish. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and utilize modern funeral management software and facilities to streamline operations.

Day-in-the-Life Responsibilities include planning services, arranging transportation, completing legal documentation, and guiding families through memorial and burial processes. You’ll collaborate with staff and mentor team members to ensure top-quality service.
