A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support its growing legal team. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to two litigation attorneys and one estate/trust attorney
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, hearings, and deadlines
Maintain and track court-related deadlines and filing schedules
Assemble legal documents, including pleading binders and minute books
Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, and related legal documents
Conduct legal research and review case records
Assist in trial preparation and summarize depositions
💼 What You Bring:
Experience in a legal administrative or litigation support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis
(Bonus) Experience using NetDocuments or similar document management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
