About the Role
As a CNA, you will:
- Provide caring assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, helping them live their fullest lives.
- Support individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, ensuring personalized attention and dignity.
- Engage residents through social activities and community events that foster connection and happiness.
- Monitor and report on residents’ health, contributing to their safety and well-being while maintaining open, kind communication.
- Help create an uplifting, healthy environment where residents feel respected and at home.
What We Look For
- Current Minnesota CNA certification (required).
- Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
- Positive attitude with compassionate, clear communication skills for resident and team interactions.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English.
