Overview: Estimator needed to develop accurate cost proposals for commercial and industrial projects. You’ll perform takeoffs, solicit subs, and produce competitive bids.
Responsibilities:
Produce quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids.
Prepare bid packages and support value engineering.
Maintain cost databases and historical pricing.
Qualifications:
3–6 years estimating experience with a general contractor (commercial or industrial).
Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Excel (or Sage).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
