A well-established AV-rated Defense firm with regional offices is seeking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Sacramento, open to newly admitted Attorneys to 3 years' experienced Associate Attorneys with the ability to handle a variety of defense work, and interested in going to trial and building their litigation skillset. This is a daily in-office role with flexibility, full staff support with a collegial work culture, a true mentorship where you will work with seasoned partners who take pride in helping associates thrive and facilitate career growth. This firm goes the extra mile to make their people feel appreciated and ask that you bring a passionate work ethic and enthusiasm for building collaborative, strong relationships.
Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect, Homeowners.
Duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate to be a determined and motivated associate, excited to expand a growing practice area and support an amazing, kind, seasoned managing attorney. Compensation structure is a base salary range DOE $130K - $160K. Additional details on benefits and unlimited PTO available. First interview via zoom; second in-person.
