Position Overview
The Senior Estimator will lead complex bid processes, evaluate subcontractor proposals, oversee cost models and collaborate with business development to secure new work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead estimating for major commercial project pursuits
Manage team of estimators, assign scopes and review bids
Maintain and develop cost database, value-engineering options
Support business development with pricing insights and strategies
Qualifications
8+ years estimating experience in commercial construction
Proven ability to lead bids and estimating staff
Strong software, analytical and communication skills
