Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts while delivering exceptional client service

• Review and assess client coverage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and prepare accurate quotes

• Assist clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience

• Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and industry trends to provide informed guidance

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, ongoing communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

• Experience with insurance management systems and CRM platforms

• Interest in pursuing professional designations such as CISR or CIC
