Job Title: Aesthetic Regional Director of Operations
Location: Northeast Ohio | Full-Time
Position Overview
The Aesthetic Regional Director of Operations oversees multi-site aesthetic clinics, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, staffing development, and compliance. This leader supports service lines including injectables, lasers/devices, retail, hair restoration, and additional aesthetic services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational and financial strategies to meet performance goals.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement improvements to drive sales, productivity, and profitability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop site managers, providers, and staff; establish clear training protocols.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient workflows, quality standards, and resource allocation across all locations.
Compliance: Uphold company policies and all regulatory requirements.
Budget Management: Manage budgets, approve expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to support company-wide initiatives.
Travel: Frequent travel to provide on-site support and leadership.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in multi-site aesthetics, dermatology, medspa, or healthcare operations
Strong strategic planning, analytical skills, and financial acumen
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, technologies, and regulatory standards
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Willingness to travel regularly
