Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT)

Location: Toledo, Ohio Full-Time | $100,000–$110,000 salary + mileage reimbursement + full benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Complete functional assessments focused on mobility, strength, endurance, pain, and overall physical well-being.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and care team.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function, reduce discomfort, and maintain independence.

  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to appropriate clinical staff.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and long-term maintenance strategies.

  • Maintain high-quality documentation in accordance with best clinical practices.

What You Bring

  • Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio

  • CPR certification

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

  • A patient-centered mindset and a passion for helping others regain strength and independence
