What You’ll Do
Lead all day-to-day plant operations within a fast-paced meat processing environment
Drive productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee production, scheduling, staffing, and departmental performance
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing expansion
Develop and mentor team members while fostering a strong operational culture
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in meat processing or food manufacturing operations
Proven leadership experience in production, operations, or plant management
Strong understanding of USDA, food safety, and quality standards
Ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage complex plant activities
