Job Description

Commercial Litigation Associate One of our respected law firm partners is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join their growing team in Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable firm handling high-level commercial disputes.

Compensation

$90,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, business torts, and related commercial claims.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, document production, and e-discovery.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Engage in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
  • Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal advice.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Arkansas State Bar.
  • 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with trial or deposition exposure.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a litigation caseload.
  • Must be in good standing with the Arkansas Bar.

Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 – $145,000
