We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to step into the role of Home Health Director for a premier long-term care organization. About the Role

The Home Health Director is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all clinical and operational aspects of our home health division. This role requires a strong clinical background combined with exceptional administrative and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Direct and manage the day-to-day functions of the home health agency, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations (e.g., Medicare, Joint Commission).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a mid-to-large team of clinical staff, nurses, therapists, and administrative personnel. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, patient safety, and service delivery are consistently met.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and optimizing operational efficiency to support growth initiatives.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

The successful candidate must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional nursing experience.
  • Specialty Experience: Significant, recent experience working specifically within the Home Health sector.
  • Leadership Experience: Must have substantial, documented experience in leadership roles within a Home Health setting (e.g., Assistant Director, Clinical Manager, or Director).
  • Team Management: Proven ability to successfully run and manage a mid-to-large clinical and administrative team.
