Role Responsibilities
Manage multiple municipal infrastructure projects, including construction management
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules
Provide team leadership and mentorship to project staff
Serve as the primary client liaison
Support marketing and business development initiatives
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of design and construction experience on municipal projects
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
