Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000+ (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Manage municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules
Lead, mentor, and oversee project teams
Serve as the primary client liaison for municipal and utility clients
Support marketing, business development, and proposal preparation
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
8+ years of municipal engineering experience, preferably in water/wastewater, stormwater, or utility infrastructure
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver infrastructure projects on time and budget
