What You’ll Do:

As a Freight Broker, you’ll:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Match freight with capacity to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
  • Negotiate rates and manage contracts
  • Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
  • Represent a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
  • A transferable book of business with no non-compete
  • Proven sales and relationship-building success
