My client is seaking a Traveling Superintendent/Forman to join their team. The Traveling Superintendent ensures tasks and responsibilities of work crews are performed with safety, quality, and according to the agreed upon schedule to exceed the client's expectations, thru extensive planning, communication and team work. A Superintendent can expect to manage projects with crews between 5-20 people; and / or projects with high-risk components / technical work methods. A Superintendent may at times manage a portion of a large scale project with more than one Superintendent on site.
Duties - -
Ensures tasks and responsibilities of work crews are performed with safety, quality, and according to the agreed upon schedule.
Manages projects with crews between 5-20 people.
Ensures work is performed per OSHA, FRA and other regulations.
Supervises and coordinates work plans with crew on site.
10 years experience in Construction, with Bridge / heavy highway or USACE Lock & Dam construction
