We’re seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our Lexington-based practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working behind the scenes to structure, negotiate, and close deals that help businesses grow and succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and compliance matters
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction closings
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams
Provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice to businesses
What We’re Looking For:
JD from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the Kentucky Bar
2+ years of experience in corporate or transactional law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Business-savvy mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
